We are fiercely independent & bootstrapped, NOT VC Funded. This is A TRUE Remote /work-from-home position. We have staff dispersed across 4 countries and 15 cities. We pride ourselves on running a flat organisation, with a friendly, easy-going culture.
Role Description: The Senior Zoho Implementation Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Zoho solutions for clients. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing Zoho configurations and workflows, and implementing integrations between Zoho and other applications. The role involves customizing modules, reports, dashboards, and automation rules, as well as testing and troubleshooting to ensure stable, efficient solutions. The consultant will provide training and support to end users, document processes and best practices, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve implementation methodologies. This role also includes advising clients on optimization opportunities and contributing to product and process enhancements based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of strong expertise in Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator) and experience designing and implementing complex configurations and workflows.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design, with the ability to translate client needs into scalable technical implementations.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and data migration between cloud applications; familiarity with automation tools and scripting within Zoho is beneficial.
- Solid skills in project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation, including managing timelines, priorities, and expectations across multiple client projects.
- Background in consulting or customer-facing implementation roles, with a track record of delivering successful SaaS or ERP/CRM solutions and providing user training and support.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with other integration platforms or iPaaS solutions, and prior work in process automation or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
