About the RoleValue Score is looking for highly experienced Zoho Creator developers who can own end-to-end implementation, from solution design to go-live, in complex enterprise environments.This is not a coding-only role — this is a solution ownership + client-facing + governance-driven role.
Key Responsibilities1. Solution Design & Architecture- Design scalable applications using Zoho Creator
- Translate Business Solution Documents (BSD) into technical architecture
- Define data models, workflows, and integrations
- Ensure alignment with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
2. Development & Implementation- Build applications using:
- Deluge scripting
- Forms, workflows, reports, dashboards
- Develop advanced automation workflows
- Customize UI/UX for business usability
- Handle performance optimization for large datasets
3. Integration & Automation- Integrate Creator with:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Projects
- External systems (ERP like Epicor, SAP, APIs)
- Work on:
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- Middleware (Zoho Flow)
4. Governance & Delivery- Participate in weekly governance calls (PMO-driven)
- Provide effort estimates, timelines, and risk inputs
- Maintain documentation:
- Technical design
- Change logs
- Deployment notes
- Ensure milestone-based delivery adherence
5. Client Interaction- Directly interact with enterprise clients
- Handle:
- Requirement clarification
- UAT support
- Solution walkthroughs
- Translate business problems into system solutions
6. Quality & Testing- Conduct:
- Unit Testing
- System Testing
- UAT support
- Ensure zero-defect go-live mindset
- Identify risks before escalation
Mandatory SkillsTechnical- Strong hands-on with Zoho Creator (minimum 3+ years)
- Deep knowledge of:
- Deluge scripting
- Workflows & automation
- APIs & integrations
- Experience with Zoho ecosystem:
- CRM, Books, Projects
- Database design & logic building
Functional- Ability to understand business processes:
- Sales
- Finance
- Operations
- Experience in enterprise implementations
Behavioral- Strong ownership mindset
- Structured thinking (PMO-oriented)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure in live projects
Good to Have- Experience in EPC / Manufacturing domain
- Exposure to Epicor / SAP integrations
- Knowledge of:
