Role Description
This is a full-time role based in the Kolkata Area. The Senior Zoho Consultant will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing Zoho-based solutions, configuring and implementing Zoho applications, and developing custom applications using Zoho Creator. The role will also involve providing client training, troubleshooting Zoho-related issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other tools and platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Zoho suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and Zoho Creator
- Proficiency in understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, and customizing Zoho applications
- Skills in technical implementation, system integration, and troubleshooting
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Experience or knowledge in relevant business domains such as CRM, sales, and marketing
- Hands-on coding or scripting skills would be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
