Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Yoga Instructor for a full-time, on-site position at our Gurugram office. The role involves leading group and private yoga sessions, developing specialized yoga programs, and providing individual guidance to clients based on their unique needs. The instructor will assess physical abilities, recommend modifications, and ensure safety while motivating participants to achieve their wellness goals. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining an engaging and inclusive class environment and collaborating with fitness and wellness teams to develop holistic programs.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in yoga practices, techniques, and teaching methodologies.
- Strong ability to assess individual physical capabilities and create personalized yoga plans.
- Experience in conducting group classes as well as private sessions with a focus on client safety and progression.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire participants of all skill levels.
- Certification from a recognized yoga training institution (e.g., RYT-200 or higher).
- Experience in mindfulness, meditation, and stress management techniques is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary wellness team.
- Previous experience of a minimum of 5 years as a professional yoga instructor preferred.
