About the Role
As a Creative Lead – Promo, you’ll own how our stories are introduced to the world.
You’ll lead a team of writers, editors, and sound designers to create thumb-stopping video promos for the UK audience - content that doesn’t just look good, but performs.

You won’t just guide the team — you’ll stay hands-on, shaping ideas, scripts, and final output.
What you’ll actually do
Create scroll-stopping promos
Lead the creation of high-impact video promos across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube that drive installs and engagement.
Lead and grow the team
Manage writers, editors, and collaborate with sound teams to produce high-quality creative output.
Mentor the team, give feedback, and ensure consistent delivery.
Own creative quality end-to-end
Ensure all scripts, edits, and final videos are on-brand, engaging, and platform-optimized.
Use data to improve performance
Analyze feedback and performance data, and refine creatives in post-production to improve results.
Work closely with marketing and business teams to align creativity with performance goals.
Stay hands-on with creativity
Be actively involved in scriptwriting, ideation, and editing — leading by example.
Experiment with AI
Be open to learning and using Gen AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and output quality.
You’ll thrive here if you
- Have 8+ years of experience in screenwriting, creative direction, or media (OTT, TV, films, etc.)
- Have strong English writing and storytelling skills
- Understand how to create content that grabs attention and performs
- Have experience managing and leading creative teams
- Are comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and campaign insights
- Have basic knowledge of post-production (editing, sound design)
- Are comfortable using tools like Excel for tracking
- Are curious and open to working with AI-driven creative workflows
