Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Writer / Features Editor who can lead storytelling and define the editorial voice of the platform.
This role requires someone who can think like a journalist, write like a storyteller, and curate like an editor.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit high-quality profiles, interviews, and long-form features
- Develop and maintain a strong editorial voice and narrative style
- Conduct interviews with founders, leaders, and changemakers
- Work closely with design and video teams to shape multi-format content
- Ensure all content meets premium editorial and brand standards
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in editorial, journalism, or content writing
- Strong storytelling ability (beyond informational writing)
- Experience with profiles, interviews, or long-form content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
