Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Content Writer who can blend creativity with performance thinking. This role is not just about writing, it’s about driving outcomes. You will own high-impact content across ads, landing pages, and marketing collaterals, directly influencing engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing Content
- Write high-converting ad scripts for video (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
- Create static ad copies (H1s, H2s, primary text, hooks)
- Continuously iterate based on metrics like Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR
2. Landing Page & Funnel Content
- Write landing pages that drive conversion (hero sections, body copy, CTAs)
- Collaborate on funnel messaging (ads → landing pages → email → sales)
3. Marketing Collaterals
- Write content for marketing collaterals including product brochures, videos, and BTL assets, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with designers, video editors, and marketers to execute campaigns
- Contribute to creative briefs and proactively bring in new ideas
Requirement:
- 3–6 years of experience in content writing (preferably in D2C, EdTech, or consumer brands)
- Strong experience in: Performance ad copy (video + static)
- Landing page writing
- Proven ability to write conversion-focused content, not just “good English”
- Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.)
