Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Workday Consultant/Developer with deep expertise in Workday HCM and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will lead design, development, and implementation of complex Workday solutions, integrations, and reporting, while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of Workday HCM and Finance solutions
- Architect and develop complex Workday integrations using Studio and Connectors
- Work extensively with Prism Analytics for data modeling and insights
- Configure and manage Accounting Center functionalities
- Design advanced BIRT reports and dashboards
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance
- Ensure best practices in Workday architecture, security, and data governance
Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience with strong Workday expertise
- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM & Finance modules
- Strong experience in Workday Studio, Prism, and Connectors
- Deep knowledge of Accounting Center
- Expertise in BIRT Reporting
- Strong experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of HR and Finance business processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certifications (HCM / Finance / Integration)
- Experience leading Workday implementations or enhancements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment
