We are looking for a senior professional with strong expertise in financial planning and enterprise planning systems, ideally Workday Adaptive Planning. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Workforce Planning, and Technology, supporting complex budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation initiatives.

🔹 Experience Required
- 12+ years overall experience
- 3+ years in enterprise planning / financial systems
- Experience in Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred, not mandatory)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
- Work with chart of accounts, cost centers, and financial hierarchies
- Enable multi-company & multi-currency planning (FX, consolidation)
- Design and support workforce/labor planning models
- Collaborate with Finance, HR & IT teams
- Support planning cycles (budget, forecast, scenarios, what-if analysis)
- Handle L3 support, UAT, enhancements & system improvements
- Ensure data integrity across ERP/HCM systems
🔹 Required Skills
Finance Expertise:
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls
- Understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency environments
- Knowledge of workforce cost drivers
Systems Expertise:
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools
- Ability to design and enhance planning models (not just reporting)
