About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer to lead the technical implementation of a multilingual educational institution website and LMS-integrated platform project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead WordPress architecture and technical implementation
- Develop custom WordPress themes and functionality
- Implement multilingual website capabilities using WPML/Polylang
- Integrate LMS systems such as Moodle/PHEMS
- Develop responsive and accessibility-friendly frontend components
- Implement website optimization, SEO, security, and performance improvements
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical handover
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience
- Strong experience with custom WordPress theme development
- Expertise in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, ACF, and custom builders
- Experience implementing multilingual websites using WPML or Polylang
- Experience integrating LMS platforms such as Moodle is preferred
- Strong understanding of WordPress security and optimization
- Experience with Git/version control systems
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards is preferred
- Candidates must share portfolio links or sample projects
