We are hiring: Senior WordPress & AI Web Developer
Experience: 5–10 years
Location: Preferred Location: Kolkata/Durgapur/Jaipur/Madurai
Pinnacle Infotech Solutions is looking for a hands-on Senior WordPress & AI Web Developer to independently manage, improve, secure, and continuously enhance our corporate WordPress website.
The ideal candidate should have strong WordPress development experience along with practical exposure to AI tools, automation, analytics, SEO, and lead-generation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Pinnacle’s WordPress website end-to-end
• Develop, customize, and update themes, plugins, landing pages, and campaign pages
• Ensure website speed, security, uptime, backups, and regular updates
• Fix bugs, plugin conflicts, layout issues, and performance-related concerns
• Implement AI-based features such as chatbot, smart search, content support, lead qualification, and automation
• Integrate third-party tools such as CRM, forms, analytics, marketing tools, APIs, and webhooks
• Improve SEO, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience
• Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and conversion tracking
• Maintain proper staging, testing, deployment, documentation, and change logs
Required Skills:
• 5–10 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
• Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme customization, plugin development, and backend management
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, and REST APIs
• Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, Advanced Custom Fields, or similar tools
• Understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL, CDN, cPanel, FTP/SFTP, and server basics
• Experience in website speed optimization, caching, image optimization, and Core Web Vitals
• Good knowledge of SEO, analytics, website security, backups, and malware prevention
• Practical experience with AI tools, AI plugins, chatbot platforms, or AI API integrations
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms will be preferred
Preferred Skills:
• CRM integration experience with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in B2B corporate websites, engineering, construction, or technology companies
• Basic UI/UX understanding and familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Canva
• Knowledge of cloud or managed WordPress hosting platforms will be an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented developer who can independently own Pinnacle’s website, reduce reliance on external agencies, and continuously improve website performance, automation, user engagement, analytics, SEO, and lead-generation effectiveness.
