<br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<br></strong><br>
</div><ol>
<li>Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation</li>
<li>Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support</li>
<li>Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes</li>
<li>Remind clients of medications at scheduled times</li>
<li>Provide companionship and build genuine relationships with clients and their families</li>
<li>Document care notes and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor promptly</li>
<li>Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed</li>
<li>Engage clients in exercises and activities that support their health and wellbeing</li>

<br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum 6 months of paid caregiving or home health aide experience is required</li>
<li>Active and valid driver's license with reliable transportation to client homes in Albuquerque and surrounding areas</li>
<li>Ability to pass criminal background check, MVD check, drug screening, and health screening</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with clients, families, and your care team</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with compassion and integrity</li>
<li>CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required if experience requirement is met</li>
