What We're Building
We're not looking for someone who lives in a lane. We want developers who can pick up a problem from any angle — spin up a backend service, wire a slick frontend, or architect the glue between the two — and ship it. You'll work across the full stack and own what you build, end to end.
We move fast. We use the best tools available, including AI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex, and we expect you to use them well. Not as a crutch — but as a force multiplier. You know the difference.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain client-side interfaces — React, TypeScript, responsive design, the whole thing
- Write clean, well-structured server-side code — APIs, services, data pipelines
- Design and manage browser-based applications with real depth — state management, performance, accessibility
- Own the stack: from database schema to deployment config to UI polish
- Collaborate directly with product and design — no long hand-off chains
- Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to move faster and write better code
- Debug, refactor, and improve existing systems (not just build new ones)
What You Bring
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on software development
- Comfortable on both sides of the stack — you don't need to ask someone else to write the API or build the UI
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, systems, and networking
Technical
- Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred)
- Strong backend chops in one or more languages (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/K8s), and version control
Mindset
- You've used Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI tools in real projects — not just played around
- You're curious, self-directed, and don't wait to be told what to fix
- You take ownership: if something's broken, you figure it out
- You care about code quality without being precious about it
Nice to Have
- Experience building browser extensions or browser-controlled automation
- Contributions to open source
- Background working in small teams or startup environments, where the scope is wide
- Familiarity with WebSockets, real-time systems, or event-driven architecture
