We are looking for a skilled Senior Web Designer with strong expertise in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, solid front-end knowledge, and the ability to bridge the gap between design and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into high-quality HTML, CSS, and responsive layouts
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs
- Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers for seamless execution
- Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and SEO
- Maintain design consistency across all web platforms
- Troubleshoot UI issues and improve website usability
- Stay updated with the latest web design and front-end trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience as a Web Designer / Front-end Developer
- Strong expertise in Figma to HTML conversion
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / jQuery
- Experience in building responsive and mobile-first designs
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to write clean, optimized, and reusable code
- Good eye for typography, spacing, colors, and layout
