About the Role
Crafted Campus Pvt Ltd is looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our growing team as:
- Senior Web Consultant
- Web Consultant
If you have strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience dealing with international clients, this opportunity is for you.
You will work closely with Australian B2B clients, helping them build and grow their online presence through website solutions, SEO strategies, and digital consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market company services to Australian B2B clients.
- Understand client website requirements, business goals, and target audience.
- Develop customized web marketing and website sales strategies.
- Recommend solutions related to:
- Website Design & Development
- SEO
- Content Development
- Social Media Marketing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Handle client queries and provide effective consultation.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and web technologies.
- Drive B2B website sales through outbound calls and emails.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in website sales, digital marketing, or web consulting processes.
Education
- High School Pass or higher qualification.
Core Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Sales closing expertise
- Client consultation and relationship management
- Knowledge of websites, SEO, and digital marketing
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
