Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with strong experience in financial product sales. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new clients through calling, networking, and referrals
- Promote financial products (NBFC loans, mutual funds, real estate)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client calls and face-to-face meetings to drive sales
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Requirements- 8–10 years of experience in financial product sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Client-focused with a proactive sales approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Qualification- Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Marketing/Business preferred)
- NISM or relevant certifications are a plus
