📌 Job Title: Wealth Manager – HNI/UHNI Clients

🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and onboard HNI/UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and structured outreach. Build a strong pipeline and expand the client base through strategic partnerships.
2. Portfolio Management
Design and manage diversified portfolios across PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, and alternative assets. Regularly monitor and rebalance portfolios based on market conditions.
3. Investment Advisory
Provide customized investment solutions aligned with client goals, risk appetite, and time horizon. Conduct periodic reviews and recommend suitable adjustments.
4. Relationship Management
Develop long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Ensure consistent engagement and a high-quality client experience.
5. Revenue Generation & Targets
Drive AUM growth through cross-selling and upselling. Consistently achieve assigned business targets and enhance wallet share.
6. Market Intelligence & Compliance
Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes. Ensure all activities adhere to compliance standards and ethical practices.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4+ years in wealth management, private banking, or investment product sales
- Education: MBA / CFA / CA or relevant financial qualification preferred
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, and alternative investments
