We’re Hiring | Vice President - Wealth Management / Investment Advisory
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Vice President – Wealth Management / Investment Advisory to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive business growth while providing strategic financial guidance to clients.
Ideal Candidate:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance or related field) preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment consulting
• Candidates who are CA / CFP / CFA (pursuing or completed) are preferred
• Certification in NISM Investment Advisory (Level A & B) is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth
• Develop and generate referrals through existing client relationships
• Expand service offerings and increase Assets Under Management (AUM) from existing clients
• Build trust and credibility with clients through transparent and effective communication
Client Management
• Cultivate and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct regular meetings to understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences
• Address client queries and concerns promptly while delivering high-quality advisory support
Research & Investment Monitoring
• Track and analyze the performance of invested funds and client portfolios
• Attend fund manager calls to align internal research with market insights and investment frameworks
• Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and industry trends
Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, communicate goals, and share updates
• Support the team in addressing client challenges and delivering strong advisory outcomes
