Senior Wealth Manager/Associate Director – AIF Category III

📍 Location: Mumbai

📊 Experience: 3 – 8 Years

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team to drive capital raising and investor relationships for our Alternative Investment Fund (Category III). This role is focused on fund distribution, investor engagement and building strong HNI networks within the wealth ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital raising initiatives for the firm’s AIF Category III strategy.

• Identify and onboard HNI / Ultra-HNI investors, family offices, and professional investors.

• Build relationships with wealth managers, investment advisors, and CA networks.

• Present the fund strategy, investment thesis, and risk-return profile to prospective investors.

• Manage the complete investor onboarding process, including documentation and coordination with fund administrators.

• Maintain long-term investor relationships through regular updates and portfolio reviews.

• Develop distribution partnerships with wealth platforms and advisory networks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–8 years experience in wealth management, capital raising, or alternative investments.

• Experience distributing PMS / AIF / structured products preferred.

• Strong HNI relationship-building and networking skills.

• Good understanding of capital markets and alternative investment strategies.

• Professional qualifications such as MBA (Finance), CFA, CA or relevant NISM certifications preferred.
