Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Abroad for the position of Senior Warehouse Manager. The Senior Warehouse Manager will oversee the efficient operation of warehouse activities, which includes supervising inventory control, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing stock levels, and streamlining warehouse operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with teams to optimize space utilization, overseeing the safe operation of equipment such as forklifts, and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and reduce operational costs. The manager will also ensure timely reporting and lead a team to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure effective tracking and management of products in the warehouse.
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Inventory Management to optimize workflows and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Experience in Forklift Operation and knowledge of equipment safety procedures.
- Proven leadership abilities to manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in warehouse or supply chain management roles is highly desirable.
