Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and imaginative Visualizer with a strong foundation in Applied Arts, Commercial Arts, or Fine Arts. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for design, the ability to conceptualize creative ideas, and hands-on experience with graphic design tools. This role demands a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration to deliver visually compelling digital content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Conceptualize and create visually impactful designs aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
· Interpret client briefs and translate requirements into strong visual concepts.
· Develop creatives across digital platforms including social media, ads, presentations, and brand collateral.
· Ensure design consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all projects.
· Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams for integrated outputs.
· Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring adherence to creative standards and best practices.
· Present design ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams.
· Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts / Commercial Arts / Fine Arts (BFA) or related field.
· 2– 4 years of experience as a Visualizer or Graphic Designer in a creative or digital agency.
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
· Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
· Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
· Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain creative concepts.
· A diverse portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and technical expertise.
· Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
