Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Visual Designer. The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, establishing consistent branding elements, crafting unique graphic assets, and producing design solutions for both digital and print media. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative projects align with the company's vision and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography, and comprehensive visual systems. Ensure consistent application and evolution of brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Develop compelling visual narratives and storytelling frameworks that connect with consumers. Create custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets that bring brand stories to life across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute compelling designs for a wide range of POSM marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for general trade and modern trade channels.
- Develop packaging artworks for new and existing SKUs in accordance with industry standards and legal labelling requirements.
- Generate static and motion graphics for social media platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, and performance marketing campaigns. Adapt key visuals for various digital formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure print quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product team to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual outputs. Take end-to-end ownership of design projects from concept through execution.
Requirement
- Experience: Minimum of 4 -7 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate or agency setting, preferably within the FMCG sector/D2C
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
- Excellent design skills, including a keen eye for typography, layout, composition, and colour theory, demonstrated through past work examples.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
