Key Responsibilities
Packaging Design
Design innovative and premium packaging for product lines (boxes, labels, sleeves, inserts, etc.)
Work closely with product and production teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and manufacturable
Create dielines and print-ready files with precision
Brand Identity & Guidelines
Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms
Ensure strict consistency in colors, typography, layout systems, and visual language
Develop and document brand guidelines for internal and external use
Creative Assets
Design for digital platforms (social media creatives, website banners, campaigns)
Create marketing collaterals (brochures, catalogs, event displays, retail branding)
Assist in conceptualizing campaign visuals and product storytelling
Creative Direction Support
Collaborate with founders and marketing team on new product launches
Contribute ideas for visual storytelling, mood boards, and design direction
Stay updated with global design and packaging trends
