Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Visual Designer located in Gurugram, India. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will oversee the development of high-quality visuals, create impactful graphic designs, and execute branding projects. Responsibilities include crafting design systems, managing web and graphic assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life. You will also contribute to defining and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual communications.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is hands on, end-to-end, and design focused. You will work on:
- Website graphics, blogs, wallpapers, and digital brand assets
- Mockups and visual simulations for ideas and concepts
- Packaging design and physical brand applications
- End-to-end branding assets across multiple touchpoints
- Translating complex information, frameworks, and data into clear, structured, and easily understandable visuals
- Designing structured, legible presentations that support storytelling, decision-making, and leadership communication
- Using custom illustrations to simplify concepts, add clarity, and enhance narrative without compromising structure
- Maintaining high standards of visual consistency, hierarchy, and design refinement across projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of expertise in Visual Design and Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Branding, including developing and maintaining visual identity
- Experience with Graphics and Web Design, with a focus on creating clean, user-friendly interfaces
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Previous experience in creating design systems or scalable design assets is a plus
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
