About the Job
We're looking for a Senior Visa Consultant who can independently handle visa operations and take ownership of complex cases. This role needs someone with real hands-on experience - someone who can make practical decisions and manage both volume and accuracy without being walked through it.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex and high-value visa applications end-to-end
- Manage escalations, reapplications, and rejected cases
- Guide clients on documentation and overall visa approach
- Coordinate with VFS, BLS, and embassy processes
- Support junior team members and ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and timelines
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of individual, hands-on visa processing experience (not as part of a support or coordination team)
- Strong exposure to USA (Dropbox), UK, Schengen, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand
- Experience personally handling rejections and complex profiles - not just assisting on them
- Good understanding of both e-visa and stamped visa processes
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
Good to Have
Exposure to Dubai, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kenya, or similar outbound destinations.
