Role Summary
We’re not looking for someone who just shoots good-looking videos.
We’re hiring a story-first, performance-aware videographer who can turn real human moments into content that drives emotion and action.
Your mandate is simple:
Capture real stories that people feel—and that convert.
You will work closely with:
- Social Media Team
- Growth & Performance Team

- Influencers / Creators

What You Will Own (KRAs)
1. Story-to-Screen Execution (Core Ownership)
- Translate:
- Scripts
- Concepts
- Real-life stories
Into:
- High-impact video content
You are responsible for:
“Does this story feel real and powerful on screen?”
2. UGC + Real-Life Content Production
- Shoot:
- UGC-style videos
- Real homes / real environments
- Influencer-led content
- Ensure:
- Authenticity over polish
- Natural storytelling
You are responsible for:
“Does this feel real—or like an ad?”
3. Visual Storytelling & Emotion Capture
- Capture:
- Subtle pain (not exaggerated)
- Relief moments
- Everyday life scenarios
You are responsible for:
“Can someone emotionally connect within 3–5 seconds?”
4. Performance-Aware Shooting
- Shoot with intent for:
- Strong hooks (first 3 seconds)
- Scroll-stopping visuals
- Ad adaptability
You are responsible for:
“Will this work as a high-performing ad?”
5. Multi-Format Content Production
- Create:
- Reels
- Shorts
- Ad creatives
- Product demos
You are responsible for:
“Can this content work across organic + paid channels?”
6. Creator & Influencer Collaboration
- Work with:
- Micro creators (25K–150K followers)
- Real users
- Product teams
- Guide:
- Shooting style
- Angles
- Authentic storytelling
7. Continuous Improvement (Critical)
- Collaborate with:
- To:
- Understand what footage performs
- Improve future shoots
You are responsible for:
“How does our shooting style improve over time?”
KPIs (How You’ll Be Measured)
Core Metrics
Content Performance Contribution - % of videos used in:
- High-performing ads
- Viral organic content
- Target: 30–40%+ usable in performance
Hook Effectiveness (First 3 Seconds) - Based on:
- Scroll-stop rate
- Watch retention
Shoot Output - Target: 8–15 high-quality videos/week
Shoot Efficiency - Turnaround time: 2–4 day cycles
Authenticity Score (Qualitative but Critical) - Content should feel:
- Real
- Relatable
- Non-ad-like
Reusability of Footage - Ability to:
- Create multiple variations from one shoot
- Shoot modular content
Collaboration Efficiency What “Good” Looks Like
- Shoots stories, not just visuals
- Strong understanding of:
- Human emotion
- Indian household realities
- Ability to:
- Capture subtle pain points
- Show authentic daily moments
- Thinks in:
- Hooks
- Angles

- Performance outcomes
What We Don’t Want
- Cinematic-only videographers
