We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Senior Video & Graphics Executive who can create high-quality short-form videos, motion graphics, and visual storytelling content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who understands:
● Fast-paced digital content creation
● Performance-driven video storytelling

● Explainer and product-focused content
● Modern motion graphics and animation trends
You will work closely with the marketing and leadership team to conceptualize, edit, and deliver engaging content that communicates Billfree’s products, brand messaging, and industry insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
● Create advanced-level short-format videos for:
○ Instagram Reels
○ LinkedIn videos
○ YouTube Shorts
○ Product explainers
○ Founder-led content
○ Event/podcast snippets
● Edit high-retention videos with strong hooks, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and sound design
● Develop modern SaaS-style explainer videos with UI animations and storytelling
● Create kinetic typography, animated infographics, and visual overlays
Graphic Design
● Design high-quality social media creatives, thumbnails, banners, and campaign assets
● Create visually consistent brand assets across digital channels
● Work on presentations, pitch visuals, and marketing collaterals when required
Creative Strategy
● Collaborate with the marketing team on content concepts and campaign ideas
● Understand platform trends and adapt editing styles accordingly
● Suggest improvements in storytelling, pacing, hooks, and engagement formats
Required Skills
Must-Have
● 5–7 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design
● Strong expertise in:
○ Adobe Premiere Pro
○ After Effects
○ Photoshop
○ Illustrator
● Strong understanding of:
○ Motion graphics
○ Color grading
○ Graphic design
○ Social media content trends
● Experience creating short-format high-engagement content
● Strong portfolio showcasing:
○ Reels/Shorts
○ Product explainers
○ Motion graphics
○ Brand storytelling
Good to Have
● Experience in IT, SaaS, Retail, or Tech industry
● Knowledge of AI-based editing tools and workflows
● Experience with UI animation or product walkthrough videos
● Basic understanding of branding and performance marketing creatives
