Zawish Studio is an AI-first software and creative technology studio building AI films, long-form YouTube videos, motion graphics, Blender animation, AI video workflows, websites, apps, automation systems, and premium visual experiences.
We are building a small, sharp creative production team. Portfolio, taste, speed, and problem-solving matter more than degrees.
We are looking for a strong Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can edit long-form YouTube videos end-to-end and create premium motion graphics.
This role is for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, retention, typography, sound design, transitions, and final polish. The editing quality should feel modern, clean, and high-retention. References include Ali Abdaal, Aevy TV, modern explainer videos, educational storytelling, and YouTube documentary-style content.
Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form YouTube videos end-to-end
- Create motion graphics in After Effects
- Handle text animation, diagrams, transitions, SFX, pacing, and final polish
- Work on 1920x1080 horizontal videos and 1080x1920 vertical edits when needed
- Work with AI-generated visuals, Blender shots, graphics, music, and voiceover
- Deliver clean final exports ready for client review
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of video editing experience
- Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills
- Strong Adobe After Effects skills
- Strong motion graphics ability
- Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
- Good design taste and visual storytelling sense
- Ability to finish a video end-to-end
- Basic AI tools knowledge is a plus
