Senior Video Editor (m/f/d) - Social & Performance Content (Remote)
We are looking for a high-level Video Editor who doesn’t just edit content - but understands what makes people stop scrolling.
This role is for someone who thinks in rhythm, pacing, and retention, and knows how to turn raw footage into high-performing, scroll-stopping videos.
This is not traditional editing.
This is attention engineering.

YOUR ROLE
- Edit high-energy content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube & Ads
- Create fast-paced, retention-driven edits
- Apply strong storytelling principles to every video
- Use cuts, sound design, zooms, overlays and pacing intentionally
- Deliver a modern, premium, internet-native editing style
- Add motion graphics and text animations where they enhance the content
- Work closely with our team to continuously improve content performance
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
All videos are created for the German market.
👉 You must be able to edit content in German language
👉 You should understand German pacing, tone and audience behavior
(You don’t have to be a native speaker, but you must be confident working with German content.)

- A strong portfolio with dynamic, high-retention content
- Excellent sense of timing, pacing and storytelling
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Deep understanding of modern content formats and attention patterns
- Fast, reliable and detail-oriented work style

- Experience working with creators or brand accounts
- Strong sense of music, rhythm and sound design
- Experience using AI tools in editing workflows
