Role Overview
We are looking for a highly autonomous Senior Video Editor / Creative Director who can independently own the creative process from concept to execution. This is NOT a traditional “task-based editor” role.
We are specifically looking for someone with:
• Strong visual taste
• Fast decision-making ability
• High ownership mentality
• Motion-led editing capabilities
• The ability to execute without constant follow-ups or micromanagement
You should be capable of understanding a brand’s positioning, structuring visual narratives, and delivering polished premium edits with minimal supervision.

We strongly value editors who can:
• Build premium motion graphics with strong pacing and visual hierarchy
• Create cinematic edits that feel modern, technical, and globally competitive
• Think beyond editing and contribute creatively to storytelling direction
• Operate independently without requiring accountability structures
• Make fast, high-quality creative decisions under pressure
Preferred Skills
• Adobe After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Motion Design & Compositing
• Sound Design Fundamentals
• Typography & Visual Systems
• AI-assisted creative workflow familiarity
Bonus Points:
Experience working with industrial, SaaS, robotics, automotive, hardware, deep-tech, or defense-oriented brands.
Compensation
Base Salary: ₹20,000/month
Performance Incentives:
₹1.5L – ₹2.5L incentives during the first 2 months based on:
• Execution quality
• Delivery capability
• Ownership
• Creative output
• Speed & consistency
