We're ZippyScale, an attribution-first growth marketing agency helping Indian
businesses scale from ₹5Cr to ₹50Cr+. We need a video editor who blends
traditional editing with AI-powered workflows.
What you'll do
- Edit 2-3 videos daily (reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form)
- 24-hour turnaround from raw footage to final cut
- Use AI tools like Higgsfield and Claude Code to speed up creative production
- Design thumbnails, overlays, and graphics using Figma and Freepik
- Burned-in captions, color grading, audio mixing
- Follow our SOP and QA checklist for every delivery
You need
- 1+ year editing experience with a portfolio of short-form vertical video
- Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut proficiency
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or
similar)
- Comfort with AI prompting (text-to-video, image generation, Claude Code)
- Figma for design assets + Freepik for stock and templates
- Available Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM IST, in-office Hyderabad

30-day probation. We measure output daily. If you're fast, AI-native,
detail-oriented, and obsessed with clean edits, apply with your
