Future Yatra Private Limited is seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor and Graphic Designer who possesses an understanding of modern storytelling, audience psychology, and social-first content creation.
We are looking for someone who can create highly engaging educational and social media content designed for strong audience retention and engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for creators who understand not just editing, but also how content performs, retains attention, and converts audiences.
This is a full-time, on-site role only, not a freelance or remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Storytelling
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create storytelling-driven educational and promotional content.
- Build strong hooks within the first few seconds to maximise retention.
- Use pacing, transitions, cuts, captions, and visual flow strategically.
- Structure content using curiosity loops and audience retention techniques.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design:
- Carousels
- Social media posts
- Thumbnails
- Ad creatives
- Marketing visuals
- Maintain consistent visual branding across platforms.
- Understand Meta and Google content requirements and creative formats.
AI Content & Creative Workflow
- Create and work with:
- AI videos
- AI-generated ads
- AI-generated images
- Use modern AI tools and workflows to improve creative output and efficiency.
- Turn raw ideas, briefs, and concepts into compelling visual content.
Required Skills & Tools
Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- CapCut
- Canva
Must also understand:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Google Veo 3
- AI-assisted editing and content workflows

- ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
