About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Video Editor who can transform raw footage, UGC clips, and product shots into high-converting ads, short-form videos, and branded content.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance-driven video editing for e-commerce combining creativity with an understanding of what makes ads perform well.
- Has experience editing UGC and performance ads
- Understands ecommerce performance editing (hooks, pacing, retention tactics)
- Is strong at color grading and footage optimization
- Can create multiple variations quickly for A/B testing
- Has strong aesthetic taste and clean visual instincts
- Understands storytelling for product benefit-driven brands
- Wants to build a long-term relationship with a fast-growing brand
- Can create graphics, captions, and titles
A portfolio or link to previous work is required.
Ideally, you are using Premiere Pro for editing, but this is not mandatory.
Requirements
- 4+ years of video editing experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing ads, UGC content, or product-focused videos
