Role Description
We are looking for a fast, creative, and marketing-aware Video Editor + Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.
This is not just a basic editing role. We need someone who understands how to create videos that look sharp, feel modern, and keep attention. You should have a strong sense of pacing, visuals, motion, and overall creative direction.
You will be responsible for editing:
- social media reels
- promotional videos
- ad creatives
- client content
- short-form marketing videos
- podcast editing
You should be able to take raw content or a simple brief and turn it into a polished final video with the right flow, hook, transitions, captions, and motion elements.
What we need from you:
- Strong video editing skills
- Good motion graphics ability
- Understanding of short-form content
- Sense of pacing, engagement, and visual storytelling
- Ability to follow brand style while making content feel fresh
- Fast turnaround time
- Good communication
- Ability to understand what the client/business is trying to achieve through the video
Software skills required:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut or similar tools
- Basic design sense for layouts, text, and composition
You are a good fit if you:
- know how to make videos look premium
- understand how to make content engaging, not just “edited”
- can work quickly without compromising quality
- understand social media style content
- can bring ideas, not just execute instructions blindly
Important:
We are not looking for someone who only does basic cuts and simple transitions. We need someone with a real sense of motion, energy, structure, and creative judgment.
