🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly responsible and disciplined Senior Video Editor who can handle performance-driven short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ad Creatives) with strict deadline adherence.
This is a long-term growth-oriented role with leadership potential.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
· Edit 2–4 short-form videos (30–60 seconds) daily
· Handle videography with camera
· Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta & YouTube
· Ensure strong hooks and engagement-focused editing
· Maintain brand consistency and content standards
· Review and refine junior editor outputs
· Deliver tasks within fixed daily deadlines
· Communicate proactively in case of any delay
🔹 Required Skills
· Strong command of Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut (Advanced level)
· Understanding of social media trends and algorithm basics
· Fast turnaround capability
· Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
