About Role
We’re hiring a creative Senior Video Editor to build high-quality long-form YouTube content for our finance/fintech brand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern YouTube storytelling, audience retention, pacing, and premium editing styles.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality long-form YouTube videos (10–30 mins)
Create engaging storytelling-driven edits with strong pacing & retention
Add B-roll, subtitles, motion graphics, charts, sound design, and transitions
Collaborate with content team to improve visual storytelling
Deliver premium-quality output within timelines
Must Have
3–5 years of professional video editing experience
Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects
Experience editing long-form YouTube content
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and audience engagement
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good to Have
Experience in finance/business/educational content
Thumbnail design
Shorts/Reels editing
Basic motion graphics / animation
