Sihrsalt is a growing creative agency working with premium brands. We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who will lead our in-house editing team, manage delivery timelines, and maintain top-tier creative quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the in-house video editing team
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure on-time delivery of all projects
- Edit high-quality brand films, ads, reels, and long-form content
- Maintain consistency in quality, brand tone, and storytelling
- Review team edits, give constructive feedback, and mentor editors
- Coordinate closely with cinematographers, designers, and marketing teams
- Manage revisions, approvals, and final exports efficiently
- Improve internal workflows for speed, quality, and scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of professional video editing experience
- Proven experience managing an in-house editing team
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual judgment
- Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and multiple projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
