We don't care if you have 1 year of experience or 8 years. If you can deliver what we assign, you're the right fit for us! We are looking for an extremely efficient Video Editor who is highly fluent in editing software, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, possesses a deeply visual and creative mindset.
You must know how to tell a compelling story, dictate the perfect pacing, and understand how different video categories demand unique editing styles and approaches. We need someone who can deliver fast with the highest quality possible—a true artist who understands motion graphics, color theory, contrast, typography, and how to maximize visual appeal.
🎬 What You Will Be Doing:
- Edit a diverse range of high-end projects: Corporate videos, B2B technical/engineering product videos, engaging B2C brand videos, infographics, and cinematic ads.
- Craft premium social media reels, short-form/long-form content, and talking-head videos.
- Seamlessly blend stock footage, stock photos, and shoot-based clips to build a flawless narrative.
- Take complete ownership of the edit—from understanding the script/vision to delivering the final cut within strict deadlines.
- Accurately estimate project timelines and deliver without requiring micromanagement.
🛠️ The Skillset We Need:
- Software Mastery: Exceptional, intuitive command over Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Resourcefulness: Expert at finding the exact right stock footage, photos, and music (using platforms like Envato Elements) to elevate a video.
- AI Integration: Comfortable using AI tools for image/video generation and enhancing workflows.
- Visual & Audio Harmony: Strong grip on color grading, selecting the right LUTs, masking, kinetic typography, and flawless music beat-syncing.
- Workflow Efficiency: Highly organized with folder structuring, project files, and data management.
