What You’ll Do
- Edit, refine, and produce videos that grab attention and drive engagement.
- Work across a range of projects - brand films, marketing videos, explainers, and podcasts.
- Edit and design podcast visuals from our state-of-the-art studio.
- Use GenAI tools to elevate creative workflows and push production boundaries.
- Maintain creative precision while moving at startup speed.
- Collaborate closely with design, creative, and production teams to bring stories to life.
- Ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand voice and tone.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience in a creative agency or production setup.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, or similar is a must.
- Strong sense of motion graphics, sound design, visual story-telling, and platform-specific formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and evolving creative directions.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for doing things differently.
