Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Video Editor position based in Mumbai. The Senior Video Editor will oversee video content creation, taking projects from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include editing video footage, creating motion graphics, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring high-quality output aligned with project goals. Additionally, the editor will work on storytelling enhancements and ensure timely delivery of projects according to deadlines and creative briefs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Davinci Resolve
- Experience in motion graphics design and animation using software like Adobe After Effects
- Strong skills in storytelling, visual composition, and creative direction
- Attention to detail in video editing, color correction, and sound synchronization
- Knowledge of video production workflows and familiarity with different camera formats
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Previous experience with client-facing roles or in similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating relevant skills and past projects is preferred
