Role Description The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for leading end-to-end video production for brand, content, and growth initiatives, including planning, editing, and delivery of high-quality video assets. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with strategy and content teams to interpret briefs, structuring video narratives, editing footage, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements that support the brand’s messaging. The role also involves maintaining organized media and project files, optimizing videos for different platforms, and proactively suggesting creative improvements aligned with overall marketing objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional team members and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end video projects.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, polished visual quality across all content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics that align with brand guidelines and storytelling needs.
- Advanced expertise in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software).
- Demonstrated experience working on marketing, brand, or content projects for consumer-facing businesses.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual alignment, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing diverse video work.
