Role DescriptionWe’re hiring a Senior Video Editor to take ownership of our content engine. This is not just an editing role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how our clients are perceived across platforms through high-performing, visually sharp content.
You will handle the full post-production pipeline across podcasts and short-form content editing, motion design, pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency. The focus is on creating content that doesn’t just look good, but holds attention and performs.
This is a full-time role based in India, working closely with our core team and creators.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Editing long-form podcasts into clean, engaging episode
- Creating high-performing short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Adding motion graphics, subtitles, and visual elements that enhance retention
- Color grading and audio balancing for a premium finish
- Developing visual styles aligned with each creator’s personal brand
- Working fast without compromising quality
What We’re Looking For- Strong experience in video editing (podcasts + short-form is non-negotiable)
- Solid motion graphics skills and visual storytelling ability
- Sharp sense of pacing, hooks, and retention
- High attention to detail—no sloppy cuts, no lazy edits
- Comfortable using modern editing tools and AI workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Clear communication in English
Growth OpportunityThis role has a clear pathway to relocation to Dubai within 12–18 months, based on performance.
