🎯 Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Video Editor who can do more than just cut clips—you should be able to craft stories, lead creative direction, and elevate raw footage into premium content.
If you understand both viral content AND cinematic storytelling, this role is for you.
🔥 What You’ll Do
- Edit high-quality content for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube (long & short formats)
- Ads & brand campaigns
- Create engaging, fast-paced edits with strong hooks
- Handle color grading professionally using DaVinci Resolve
- Add advanced transitions, sound design, and motion elements
- Collaborate with creators, marketing, and design teams
- Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final output
- Stay ahead of trends and adapt content accordingly
- Maintain brand consistency across all video formats
🎥 Bonus Responsibility (Big Plus)
- Camera handling & shoot supportBasic videography skills
- Understanding of framing, lighting, and angles
- Assisting or independently capturing content when needed
🎨 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in video editing
- Strong expertise in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve (for color grading 🎯)
- Deep understanding of:
- Social media trends & algorithms
- Storytelling + audience retention
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Strong creative thinking + execution skills
