🔍 About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Video Editor who is not just a strong editor but also a team leader. This role requires hands-on expertise in After Effects, deep understanding of modern AI video tools, and the ability to manage and mentor a video editing team while delivering high-quality visual content.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, ads, social media, and brand content
• Create advanced motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
• Lead and manage the video editing team, assign tasks, review output, and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align videos with brand objectives
• Use AI-powered tools (Higsfield or similar) to enhance creativity, automate workflows, and improve efficiency
• Ensure consistency in branding, storytelling, and visual quality across all video projects
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines efficiently

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Proven experience in managing or leading a video editing team
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing, motion graphics, and campaign work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Higsfield or similar platforms
• Excellent storytelling, visual sense, and attention to detail
