About Ferra
Ferra is a Healthtech company on a mission to help India age gracefully. We build content that feels human — warm, honest, and rooted in real stories. We're looking for a Video Editor who can bring that to life.
The Role
You'll edit across two core formats — unscripted content and explainer videos — for our social and digital channels. You don't just cut footage. You shape narratives, find the right music, and make someone feel something in the first three seconds.
What You'll Do
- Edit short and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
- Build compelling stories from interviews, b-roll, and talking heads
- Own music selection, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics
- Collaborate with the creative team and manage your own timelines
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of video editing experience
- Fluent in English with a sharp sense of tone and storytelling
- Proficient in Premiere Pro; basic After Effects is a cool
- AI tools familiarity is a must
- A good ear for music and a strong eye for design and pacing
- Based in Bangalore, available to work onsite
