We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to join our growing team, who can create videos that are engaging, fast, clear, hook-driven, conversion-focused, visually polished, and suitable for both paid campaigns and organic social media.
Candidate should have 4 years of professional video editing experience and a strong portfolio of paid ad creatives, reels, UGC-style edits, and product or website promo videos.
Job Location: Gurugram(Hybrid)

Core Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms (social media, ads, website, campaigns)
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and AI teams to create impactful visual stories
- Create Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn Videos etc.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance video production, automation, and editing workflows
- Handle end-to-end video production, including strong cutting, captions, highlights, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
- Create multiple ad creative variations from the same raw footage
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all video content
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and editing techniques
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Required Skills:
- Must have Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro , Adobe AI tools, AI upscalers, strong plus.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects, Ability to convert long raw footage into concise, high-impact short videos.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Familiarity with AI-based video tools like Runway, Pictory, or similar
- Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, transitions, and Audio & visual Polish
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of videos created for paid ads, not only organic content.
