WE’RE HIRING: VIDEO EDITOR
If you can turn raw footage into content that makes people stop scrolling, we want to meet you.
We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our creative team and work across high-energy brands, events, malls, F&B and lifestyle content.
What you’ll be doing
Edit fast-paced, social-first Reels designed for Instagram and other digital platforms
Work extensively on event aftermovies, event Reels, F&B content, mall campaigns, brand films & lifestyle content
Transform raw footage into sharp, engaging edits with strong pacing, transitions and storytelling
Work closely with photographers, videographers, social media managers and creative teams
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines
🎨 DaVinci Resolve — Must Be Strong
We’re specifically looking for someone who is highly proficient in DaVinci Resolve, especially:
Professional colour grading
Correctly handling LOG footage and different camera profiles
Colour management, LUTs, exposure, skin tones & consistent brand looks
Creating cinematic yet social-media-friendly colour treatments
Understanding of camera codecs, frame rates and resolutions
High-quality export settings for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms
Maintaining maximum quality while optimising files for social delivery
What we’re looking for
3+ years of professional video editing experience
3+ years of experience working in a creative/social media agency preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating Reels + event + brand editing
Excellent understanding of rhythm, music, pacing and visual storytelling
Ability to work fast without compromising quality
Strong eye for detail and consistency
Comfortable working with high-volume content and quick turnarounds
Strong understanding of current social media formats and editing trends
⚡ The kind of editor we want
You should be able to take hours of event footage and quickly identify the moments that matter.
You understand when to let a shot breathe, when to hit the beat, when to cut hard and when the colour grade needs to do the storytelling.

Agency Experience: 3+ years preferred
Software: DaVinci Resolve — Advanced/Expert
CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
