Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Senior Video Editor with 1 to 2 years of professional experience. In this role, you will lead the post-production process, transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content for social media (Reels, Shorts), paid ads, and brand films. You must have advanced technical mastery over industry-standard editing, motion graphics, and audio suites.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Post-Production: Assemble raw footage, cut, pace, and craft high-impact video narratives tailored for digital platforms and social media.
- Advanced Motion Graphics: Create dynamic text animations, transitions, and visual elements using After Effects or Resolve Fusion.
- Color Grading: Deliver professional-grade color correction and grading to give videos a premium, cinematic look.
- Audio Engineering: Mix, master, and clean up audio tracks, managing sound design and background scores using Adobe Audition or DaVinci Fairlight.
- Quality & Collaboration: Maintain high creative and technical standards, collaborating closely with content strategists, designers, and the marketing team to align with client goals.
- Asset Management: Efficiently organize project files, backups, and media assets for smooth workflow continuity.
Technical Skills & Tools Required:- Primary Editing Suites: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve Studio is mandatory. Familiarity with Avid Media Composer is a strong advantage.
- Motion Graphics & VFX: Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and/or Resolve Fusion.
- Audio Post-Production: Proficient in Adobe Audition or DaVinci Fairlight.
- Industry Awareness: Deep understanding of current social media video trends, formats, pacing, hook-based editing, and aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1).
What We Are Looking For:- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a video editor (agency or production house experience is highly preferred).
- A Strong Portfolio/Showreel: Applications without a link to a portfolio or showreel will not be considered.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on visual quality.
- Comfortable with a strict Work from Office structure.
