Markivis is a B2B marketing agency working with enterprise clients across technology, manufacturing, and logistics. Video is central to how our clients communicate — and the standard is boardroom-ready, not broadcast-loud.
What This Role Is
This is an individual contributor role for someone who can think through a brief and execute it end-to-end. You will develop the visual direction, make the creative calls, and deliver a finished asset — independently.
You won't be handed storyboards. You'll be expected to bring the idea.
Seniority here means ownership of thinking and output, not management of people.
What You'll Do
- Read briefs and independently develop visual concepts — pacing, tone, motion language, colour direction
- Produce explainer animations, corporate brand films, product demos, and social cuts
- Add motion enhancements: titles, transitions, lower thirds, kinetic text using After Effects
- Handle complete post-production: sound design, colour correction, platform exports
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously without dropping quality or deadlines
Tools You Must Know
- Adobe After Effects · Adobe Premiere Pro · Adobe Photoshop · Adobe Illustrator
- AI Tools (active working knowledge required): ChatGPT · Gemini · Freepik AI
- These should already be part of your daily workflow — not something you're learning on the job.
Experience
- 6–9 years in video editing and post-production
- Agency background strongly preferred — multi-client experience, tight turnarounds, varied industries
- Portfolio must show B2B or corporate work — clean, brand-conscious, client-ready
- Consumer or entertainment reels alone won't be sufficient
