Seeking a Senior Video Editor with 4–7 years of experience, proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, capable of translating faculty-led educational content into engaging visual narratives using stock footage, motion graphics, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and learner engagement, along with the ability to guide junior editors and maintain high-quality video production standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Edit Edtech Content high-quality faculty-led lecture videos
• Convert scripts and lecture content into engaging visual storytelling formats
• Use stock footage, motion graphics, and visual elements to enhance concept clarity
• Ensure videos are engaging, well-paced, and optimized for student retention
• Add highlights, and visual cues to improve learning experience
• Work with and implement AI-based video tools for efficient content production
• Guide and mentor junior video editors, ensuring quality and consistency
• Collaborate with faculty and content teams to understand and execute creative vision
• Maintain consistency in editing style, branding, and output quality
Required Skills & Expertise :
🎬 Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics & animations).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for design elements
🤖 AI & Creative Skills:
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools
• Ability to write effective prompts for generating optimized, relevant visuals
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and content structuring
• Ability to interpret educational content and convert it into engaging visual formats
👥 Leadership Skills:
• Experience in guiding and reviewing junior editors’ work
• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Basic knowledge of camera handling and lighting setup
• Experience in edtech or educational content production
• Ability to manage workflows and guide junior team members
